KWCH 12 Reporter was released from the hospital Wednesday, March 14th. She was transported via air ambulance to Tampa, Florida, where her parents live. Alana was then admitted to a rehabilitation hospital in the Tampa area.

Glad you were able to make it back to Wichita for the Sentencing hearing of the "man" who caused your accident. Actually this is truly one of those incidents in which we in Law Enforcement say it was a collision or crash, NOT an accident.

I am hearing some great news about your recovery! I spoke with A-Lex the other night and she had nothing but fantastic things to say about your great recovery. I told her that if anyone could pull through as you have done they could only be so lucky! From what I understand you are keeping folks in line and ready to for rehab to be done!! I don't blame you.
